• This is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped.
• By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission from the copyright holder. We are not responsible for the misuse of edited photos.
• As this is a custom digital service, refunds are not available once work has begun.
• If work has already started and we request additional images or confirmation, we’ll wait up to 7 days before completing the order using the available materials to avoid the order being marked as late.
• Once the final unwatermarked files are delivered, the order is complete. Small revisions can be requested within 7 days after completion. After 7 days, all files will be securely deleted, and any further edits will require a new order.
